Elstad Auditorium Rental Request

Please complete the webform below to inquire about venue availability for the Elstad Auditorium. Your responses to this form will be sent to technical director Gerard Williams, who will determine if the venue and the department can accommodate your event.

Please note the following:

Please note that this form does NOT confirm your reservation. The Theatre Arts Department will contact you via email within 48 hours to let you know if your request has been approved.

If requests are not submitted within this time frame, we cannot guarantee availability of the venue or staff to address your technical needs.

Any and all equipment brought to the venue must be removed form the venue when your event is complete.

Equipment for multi-day events may be left in locations ascribed by the Technical Director or other facility manager at the time of the event.

Staff assigned to coordinate or work your event may be Deaf. You are responsible for arranging interpreting services for any neccessary meetings, and the Theatre Arts Department will gladly refer you to Gallaudet Interpreting Service for scheduling.

Forms which are not filled out in their entirety may be dismissed for consideration.
