What is Educational Drama?
If you're interested in how children can learn about themselves through drama, then this is the specialization for you. This specialization combines three different studies together - theatre arts, education, and psychology - to show how role play, drama techniques, and improvisation can be integrated into educational, recreational, and social settings. You will learn how to lead children in applying story building, character development, and improvisation to their own personal, social, intellectual, and physical growth.
